A Table Tent is a convenient, self-standing marketing item used to promote a product in a retail setting.    As the name implies, table tents are typically placed on restaurant tables, bars or retail point of sale counters. Tent cards are also commonly used at corporate meetings and events to display the names and titles of executives attending a conference meeting.  

Inexpensive but Effective
Full color table tent cards are a very inexpensive but highly effective advertising tool for promoting new menus, new services, special offers and more.  We’ve even seen restaurants placing table tents on tables that include a QR code that allows dinners to access the restaurants online menu but snapping a picture of the QR code printed on the table tent.

Since table tents are designed to be rigid enough to stand upright on their own, they are usually printed on a heavy 14pt. cardstock. Die-cut slits in the base of the table tent interlock to form a free-standing triangular “tent” shape.  And because the table tents are easy to set up, they can be shipped flat saving on shipping expense.

Table tents can be created in any custom size though some of the popular sizes include 4″ x 6″ or 5.5″ x 5.5″ or even a 4.25” x 12” oversized version.

Choose a Glossy finish to produce a beautiful shine or uncoated paper for a more classic look. Adding an aqueous or UV Coating will allow your table tent to last longer as well as be wiped clean from food, drink and moisture.
